Guest Wi-Fi privacy notice

Gather Getaways collects the name, email address, and phone number you submit to provide your requested guidebook. The newsletter box starts checked; you can uncheck it before submitting. We record the submitted preference and the wording shown at the time.

What is recorded

In live mode, we record your submitted contact details, the property, connection time, and delivery status. Wi-Fi authorization uses your device’s Wi-Fi address. Short-lived connection records and hashed network addresses help prevent repeated requests. This portal does not collect your browsing history.

How information is used

Supabase stores the submitted details. GoHighLevel stores your contact details and sends the requested guidebook email. If the newsletter box is checked, your name, email address, and property are shared with beehiiv for the monthly Gather Getaways newsletter, including news and offers. Your phone number is not sent to beehiiv. Your guidebook is hosted separately and has its own data practices.

Optional advertising cookies

Advertising cookies are off until you choose Allow. This choice is separate from the newsletter. If allowed, the Meta Pixel can record an Open guidebook click for advertising measurement and relevant ads. Meta receives the event, a clean portal address, cookie identifiers, and browser/network information such as your IP address. We do not include the form’s contact details, reservation details, or private Wi-Fi connection parameters in this event. Meta may use this information under its Privacy Policy.

We save your advertising choice in this browser. When enabled, Meta may set advertising cookies such as _fbp. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences below the portal form. Declining stops future portal events and removes the portal’s Meta cookies; it does not undo events already sent.

Your choices

The newsletter and advertising cookies are optional and do not change your Wi-Fi or guidebook access. You can open the guidebook directly without completing the form. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe option. To request deletion or change your preferences, contact your host through your booking conversation.

Pilot preview

Preview submissions are simulated. The portal does not save the form details, send email, or send Meta advertising events in preview mode.
